January has been a time of rebuilding. Families displaced by the flood have been able to return to their homes. Many of our regular people have come back to church. We have visited some of them where they live, helping them to rebuild using the relief money that was sent by churches in America and New Zealand.
We are now holding services in Nawong on Sunday mornings, in Pathumthani on Sunday evenings, and in Hua Hin on Wednesday nights. By the end of February, we will have a scheduled soul-winning time at each church. We have restarted the truck routes, and they are now all run by our Thai people. A lady named Joom was our first convert to be baptized in 2012.
When we held our first organized soul-winning activity for the year, 13 soul winners went out for 2 hours and saw 55 people receive Jesus Christ as their Saviour. Five of our Thai men are taking a class to learn song leading, and one of our faithful teenage girls led her first 4 souls to Christ. One of the greatest blessings that has come from the flood is watching our Thai people assume more responsibility

Hello Team Thailand
I just finished reading your latest update. I am interested in finding out a little history of your team in Thailand. When did your first team members arrive in Thailand? I am curious to know how long your team has actually been serving the Lord in Bangkok.
Thank you so much for your kind attention to my curiosity.
David
